Found my vaccum leak....

Since the carb is out for a rebuild, it stuck in my mind that it was mentioned "you should be getting more that 15"
So broke out the mighty vac, surprisingly enough the whole Vac controlled AC/Defrost system is holding steady, I found the cruse control-controller is leaking, I plugged up the other port going to the dash for the brake pedal dump, so its in the Controller its self, but is it supposed to hold?

I don't know for sure, but I would think it is supposed to hold vacuum.  I'll try to remember to check tomorrow.

Yes, the cruise servo should hold vacuum - it's similar to the brake booster.  This TSB explains how to troubleshoot it:
