Flooded and no fire. I'm stumped.

Angelo Voltura
91 4.9. Figured out the fuel pressure regulator was bad the other day. Got it running without it, I foolishy hooked it back up on a test drive. Got over to a friends and low and behold, wouldn't start.

Pulled plugs, got spark, but weak out of the cap but there. Pulled the plugs...absolutely SOAKED. Cranked and it sprayed fuel out of the cylinders. Cleaned a few plugs...still no fire. Cranks and cranks.

ECT causing it to think its in open loop and dumping fuel or is the regulator really screwing me that bad? I left it unplugged, no change...help! Lol

Crazy to think I fix 100k cars for a living and this old EFI is stumping me after owning it for years. I thought maybe a bad injector leaking but every cylinder is soaked.
