Clutch return fix.

Powerman5K
Just an FYI that today I swapped out my clutch release rod for a new one from LMC.

This was only $8. I was having problems with my clutch pedal not returning all the way up. The obvious reason is all the wear in the linkage leading from the pedal to the actual clutch arm.

While I still intend to fill all the worn links by welding, this part replacement allows you to adjust for all the slop in the line due to wear. The new release rod has at least 2 inches of additional travel than the original part. Clutch now returns without any issues.

Yep weld the rods and holes to make them round again.
Been there done that
And what do you do when all the linkage has been fixed to remove the play
I just pull the pedal back up with my toe
