At some point all the service parts had the econoline features. I’m guessing it’s because the econolines were made into the 90’s and they consolidated parts to the one mold and emblem type. Chris McGaugh has the NOS XLS horn pad with the E2 prefix on the part number and it has the econoline characteristics as well...
