Blower motor and fan? which one?

Bulletproof250
I've now ordered 2, blower motor, and fan wheel and neither fits. they both end up with the larger wheel and I have a smaller wheel, and a slightly different motor/mounting flange. My truck does not have AC, and I can seem to find the right PN for this unit. Please help, it's winter here in the Northeast
Thanks,
Alex

What year is the truck? Odds are you got one build before 03/1982, in which case they were different and likely smaller.

I know the one in my 95 fits my dads 85 so you might try that.

Try out E4TZ-18A484-C. If that doesn't work, E2TZ-18A484-A.

Those are numbers for the standard output heater.

Also, there were two different styles of non AC trucks. There was one style that was refered to as Hi-Lo Ventilation or some such which uses the same heater core and fan as the AC equiped trucks, and the style that my truck has that is unique and does not share any components with the AC equiped trucks.

Do you know what the part numbers are for the items you ordered?  The numbers from our page on Documentation/HVAC/HVAC Systems are here:

Yes.  And the numbers I posted, above, are just for the base heaters.

The Hi-Lo systems had air vents in the dash, just like the A/C trucks, but didn't have the compressor nor A/C controls in the dash.

So if Alex's truck has vents in the dash those are the wrong #'s.

What about the Hi-Output heaters, did they have a different blower motor?

Good question, so I looked again.  And I see two different cores but only the one blower motor for "heater".

I love this forum!

Thanks for all of the suggestions. I'll look into the details, and the associated part numbers and be sure to tell you how I make out.

Thanks,
Alex

So did you ever find the right parts?

I also have a non-AC truck with no vents, and a heater blower that sounds like a freight train trying to outrun a tornado.  So this thread really caught my interest.
