Ambulance steering upgrade?

This popped up in my Instagram feed this morning. I presume this upgrade would be more for the 4x4 guys? I recently installed all new Moog stuff back in the fall, so I have no need for these;).



1994 F150 4x2 Flareside. 5.0 w/MAF, 4R70W, stock.
1984 F150 4X2 Flareside. Mild 302 w/ 5spd. Sold.
1980 F150 4X4 Flareside. 300i6 w/ 5spd. Sold in 2021.
1980 F100 4X2 Flareside. 351w/2bbl w/NP435. Sold in 1995

Looks nice if you have a light duty standard or super cab. I am not sure on the lighter duty front ends, but the F350 crew cab steering components are peculiar to the crew cab 168" wheelbase.
