That's my guess but what a weird stipulation to have in a CL ad! Is that really a problem in states where it is legalized? Only other 420 that comes to mind is a 6.9L diesel 🤷‍♂️

420 does refeer, er...refer to marijuana. You'll see that a lot now around here. Some will, some won't trade.

Yes, you're right, happening in those states that it is legal in.
