I have been checking to find fenders ,dash pad, cab corners, hub caps that fit 4x4 front. I really don't know how much I can do now just a work in progress. It will go back to my grandson at sometime.

To whom is that addressed?

To post videos they must be hosted some place on the internet.  The easiest way to do that is to put them on Youtube.  Then you click the Share button on Youtube and get the "embed" code, which will look something like this:

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/gsiSc3tvGns" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe>

And then click the Message Is In HTML Format box above the Quote button, and paste the code in your post.

Gary I am in North East Tennessee Bristol Tennessee. Yes is back at home in garage where I can do some of the work. I have looked at several different salvage yards for fenders passenger side headlight bezel. I just started to check which would be the best to have the rust cut out and have metal put back or try to find fenders. I will have to do the same over the rear tires. Don't know if you have seen some of the pictures.

I am not really the guy to ask.

A few years back I patched up and painted my truck behind the barn.
(Cheap spray gun. Self etching Epoxy primer and DTM industrial enamel with hardener for setup time and gloss retention)

Used the Kubota to lift the bed off.

Dave (FuzzFace2) just painted his truck in his ramshackle garage.
His family is in the business, and he did a great job on his two tone flareside!

No, panel bonding is not Bondo.  Panel bonding is using a really, REALLY strong adhesive to bond a replacement panel to the original.

Bondo is used to fill holes or low spots.  When used to fill holes it is just a matter of time before the hole shows up again, meaning it is a temporary fix.  However, it can be used to fill low spots in the body.

I saw the post with the picture, but don't remember getting a picture via email.  If I did I missed it and I apologize.

However, I don't have any of those hub caps.  I'm assuming that others will see your post and let you know if they have extras.  Or maybe David will find them via his searches.

Gary so if I understand on panel bonding you basically cut the area out that is to be repaired and install the material that is going to be used as a backing. Apply adhesive to backing and take material that's going to be used for the repair to backing. I watched several video's on bonding, I hope that I am not making this so hard.

Rooster, you should go into your settings and turn on email notifications.
Then you will be sent a notice that someone has responded, and a clickable link to take you back to your thread at that post.

For panel bonding you don't need any backing.
Just the patch has to overlap existing solid metal once you have cut out all the rust.
Some people use a flanging tool to create a lip, so the patch sits flush with the existing body.

Anyway, if the metal being bonded is CLEAN, and the instructions followed, the patch is NOT coming loose.
Gary used many pop rivets on his dad's truck, but really just a couple of fasteners (even self drilling screws) to keep it in place as the epoxy sets is fine.

Yes, I used LOTS of heavy duty pop rivets to put a section of floor in Dad's truck, as you can see in the pics in this post.  And the reason was that the floor at that point has a whole bunch of contours and the two pieces didn't fit up perfectly.

But, I didn't "pop" the rivets until after the epoxy had set, as discussed in this post.  That's because you don't want to squeeze all of the adhesive out from between the two panels.
